Training happens at our gym in Castle Shannon — we don't run satellite locations, so every session gets the same floor, the same coaches, and the same standard. Sessions cover ball handling, shooting form, finishing, footwork and conditioning, scaled to the player in front of us, not a one-size drill sheet.
From Monaca it's a committed trip — about 45 minutes each way — so families this far out usually book longer or stacked sessions to make the drive count. The Pay Ahead and Family Pack plans exist for exactly this.
