The Tiger Form & Fitness gym at 4040 Willow Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15234 is about a 10-minute drive from Brentwood (4 miles, give or take traffic). Brentwood players compete in WPIAL basketball country, where off-season skill work is what separates rotation players from spectators. Most Brentwood players attend Brentwood Borough School District schools, playing their high school ball at Brentwood High School.
All sessions run at our own gym in Castle Shannon rather than rented floors — same court, same coaches, every time. The work is individual: ball handling, shooting mechanics, footwork, finishing through contact, and the conditioning to keep skills sharp in the fourth quarter.
At 4 miles out, Brentwood is close enough for weeknight sessions — plenty of players fit training in after school without wrecking dinner plans.
