All sessions run at our own gym in Castle Shannon rather than rented floors — same court, same coaches, every time. The work is individual: ball handling, shooting mechanics, footwork, finishing through contact, and the conditioning to keep skills sharp in the fourth quarter.
We'll be straight with you: Boardman is a real drive — about 91 minutes each way. The families who make it work treat training as a dedicated block, often a full-day session or two players carpooling on a Family Pack. If that's you, the math works; if weekly trips aren't realistic, message us anyway and we'll tell you honestly what schedule makes sense.
